Welcome to Morpheem! By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Availability

Morpheem is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. While I strive to maintain reliable service:

  • • The site might occasionally crash or be unavailable
  • • I'll do my best to prevent outages and fix issues promptly
  • • No guarantees are made about uptime or availability
  • • Service may be modified or discontinued at any time

Pricing

You can support Morpheem financially through optional membership, but this is entirely voluntary. If you're not happy with your membership, I offer refunds up to three months after payment. See the Membership page for details.

Though the site is currently free, I reserve the right require payment for certain features in the future.

Acceptable Use

To keep Morpheem running smoothly for everyone, please follow these rules:

DO NOT:

  • • Attempt to hack, break, or exploit the site
  • • Overload the service or use it excessively (normal studying is fine; hammering buttons, writing bots, or similar automated behavior is not)
  • • Spider the data or automate site usage without explicit consent
  • • Enter sensitive, private, or confidential information when generating exercises
  • • Enter offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

Normal use for language learning, is encouraged and welcome, though access to certain features that are particularly resource-intensive may be rate limited.

User-Generated Content

When you generate exercises by entering sentences:

  • • The content should be kept private, but there's always a risk of unintended exposure
  • • Don't enter anything you wouldn't want others to potentially see
  • • You're responsible for the content you submit
  • • I reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

Liability

Morpheem is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I'm not liable for:

  • • Service interruptions or data loss
  • • Errors in content or translations
  • • Any damages arising from use of the service

Account Termination

I reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly those engaging in automated abuse, attempting to harm the service or causing excessive cost or resource use.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of Morpheem after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes should be resolved in Swedish courts.
