What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, across every language you have studied:

• your username and password
• everything Morpheem has learned about what you know — word and grammar knowledge, stability, your measured level and placement test
• your whole exercise history, including what you wrote and how it was corrected
• the sentences and stories generated or imported for you, and your progress through them
• your settings, mnemonics, queued words and shared profile links
• your active sign-ins and any connected apps

The one exception is a sentence that another learner has also studied. Those few stop being yours — your name is not on them and nothing links them to you — but they stay in the shared collection rather than disappearing out of someone else's history.

What is kept

If you have paid for a membership, the payment records held by our payment provider are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They are not part of your Morpheem account and cannot be used to identify your learning history once the account is gone.

When it happens

30 days after you ask. You are signed out immediately and the account stops being usable; the delay exists only so that an accidental deletion can be undone. Signing in again at any point during those 30 days cancels it. After that the data is gone and cannot be recovered.

Deleting your account

Sign in and come back to this page, and you can delete the account yourself right away.

If you cannot sign in

Morpheem accounts have no email address attached, so a form cannot prove an account is yours. Tell us which account it is and we will get in touch to settle that.
